About

An independent studio where editorial craft, software engineering, and operating-system culture meet. We build publications, tools, and experiments with a long-form mindset.

About the studio

CusDeb works as a small, focused team — part workshop, part lab. We care about typography, systems thinking, and the texture of real work: late commits, printed proofs, and terminals that stay open too long. Editorial craft and engineering discipline share the same bench.

What we build

CDMAG, KISS, the OS project, and the blog are different surfaces of the same practice — editorial media, creative tooling, and engineering culture documented in public.

We ship slowly on purpose: each release should feel considered, durable, and worth returning to.

How we work

Research and writing come first. Design and code follow the argument, not the other way around. We prototype in the open, keep scope tight, and prefer explicit tools over fashionable stacks.

Collaborations start with a clear brief and a shared editorial standard — whether the deliverable is a magazine issue, a landing page, or a systems experiment.
